The Tall Man was a carnival freak of Jimbo's that raped Margaret Shelburne and was the father of her son.
Biography[]
There is not much about him. All we know is that he was called The Tall Man, he worked at the carnival, and he raped Margaret Shelburne, who then gave birth to Harold Shelburne and then some time later he left.

- The Tall Man is the only known individual to have fathered children as a result of rape.
- He is also the only other known person to be a rapist. The other is Ryan Kuhn.
